What’s the most rewarding part of your day?
Finishing my daily routes without complications.

What do you have in common with the Test Man in the commercials?
I’m a little geeky and have the same haircut.

What does “It’s the Network” mean to you?
That our customers will be able to maintain service at all times.

Why does Verizon Wireless need to test the network every day?
The network is tested daily to ensure that we are providing the best network we can to our customer.

What is the most unique place you have visited to test the Verizon Wireless network?
Yellowstone National Park.

How does Verizon Wireless use the data you collect?
We use it to determine where we can make improvements to benefit our customers.

What should consumers know about the Verizon Wireless network?
That we are working to ensure the customer receives the most reliable service.

What achievement/aspect of your job are you most proud of?
Seeing the look on faces of people when they find out that I am a “Can You Hear Me Now?” guy and that it wasn’t just made up for the commercial.
