I transferred from switch operations to system performance engineering.

To continually improve and enhance our network.

I have found many outstanding barbecue joints in little towns across central Texas.
How does Verizon Wireless use the data you collect?
Our performance engineers analyze the data and will make changes to fix any problem- areas that we uncover.
What should consumers know about the Verizon Wireless network?
Test man is not just an ad campaign. We spend tons of money to ensure that our network is the best.
What achievement/aspect of your job are you most proud of?
I am proud to be a part of a team that has very little turnover. Nobody wants to leave the network department.
