I transferred from System Performance Engineering.

What’s the most rewarding part of your day?
Most rewarding is towards the end of the quarter, completing the drives for the quarter.

What do you have in common with the Test Man in the commercials?
We test our network everyday.

Being able to utilize tools and technology.

What does "It's the Network" mean to you?
It’s “The Network” that delivers the best call experience possible.

Why does Verizon Wireless need to test the network every day?
To ensure customers are experiencing the best call performance possible.

What is the most unique place you have visited to test the Verizon Wireless network?
A coffee supplier’s warehouse. While inside the plant with the machinery the noise level was somewhat high, yet there was still a desire to test the network. And when I left the aroma of coffee was in all of my clothing.

How does Verizon Wireless use the data you collect?
The data is used to constantly improve the network and the customer experience.

What should consumers know about the Verizon Wireless network?
The Verizon Wireless network is tested every single day by men and women around the U.S.

What achievement/aspect of your job are you most proud of?
Utilizing tools and technology to make our network testing efficient.
