What’s the most rewarding part of your day? Seeing our coverage map fill in!
What do you have in common with the Test Man in the commercials? An appreciation for vintage fashion!
Which traits make you a successful Test Woman? I keep on track with my schedule to get the aggressive driving plan accomplished.
What does “It’s the Network” mean to you? The performance of our network for customers. Although the behind-the-scenes of what happens to a call from the phone to the network, is intangible, it is what makes the calls happen for our customers.
Why does Verizon Wireless need to test the network every day? Customers use the network 24/7 and the network evolves daily.
What is the most unique place you have visited to test the Verizon Wireless network? I drive through “Space Farms” in Sussex County, New Jersey. Space is the owners name but I love the juxtaposition of Farm and Space. I also drive past Wild West City – this makes me chuckle also.
How does Verizon Wireless use the data you collect? We strengthen the network and build cells based on the information gathered.
What should consumers know about the Verizon Wireless network? We’re still the best!
What achievement/aspect of your job are you most proud of? The expansion of the test men and women program to include almost four times the miles and a greater representation of the roads used in Northern New Jersey.
