By getting a degree in applied science with an emphasis in electronics engineering and then applying for a position once it became available.

What’s the most rewarding part of your day?
Staying on the move.

What do you have in common with the Test Man in the commercials?
We are both persistent.

What does “It’s the Network” mean to you?
The strength of the network is a large part of the success of the company.

Why does Verizon Wireless need to test the network every day?
To maintain our place in the market.

What is the most unique place you have visited to test the Verizon Wireless network?
Out of the way rural areas.

How does Verizon Wireless use the data you collect?
It is used as a tool to make adjustments that will improve the network.

What should consumers know about the Verizon Wireless network?
That we do have the most reliable network available. My computers tell me about it everyday.

What achievement/aspect of your job are you most proud of?
That I am part of the Verizon Wireless team.
