I began as a technician, went on to customer service and then became a Test Man.

What’s the most rewarding part of your day?
Knowing that I am doing all I can to help customers.

Which traits make you a successful Test Man?
I enjoy the driving and I always want customers to be able to place calls.

What does "It's the Network" mean to you?
Verizon Wireless would not be where we are today with out the network, so it means everything to me and the company.

Why does Verizon Wireless need to test the network every day?
We need to do this to stay ahead of the competition.

How does Verizon Wireless use the data you collect?
We use it to fix any potential problems such as lost calls and weak spots.

What should consumers know about the Verizon Wireless network?
We have the best network for all applications.

What achievement/aspect of your job are you most proud of?
Knowing that every day I help improve the network.
