Miles Driven Daily: On an average day, I drive between 200 and 500 miles. I have driven up to 800 in one day.
Current Ringtone: “Take Me Out To The Ballgame.” I also have several personalized ringtones for family and friends.

What’s the most rewarding part of your day?
Knowing that the data I collect and analyze ensures that our customers receive service on the best network when they need it most.
What do you have in common with the Test Man in the commercials? Traveling everywhere to test the network.
Which traits make you a successful Test Man? I have a lot of passion for what I do. I use that passion to ensure that Verizon Wireless has the most reliable service, and I take great pride in that.
What does “It’s the Network” mean to you?
The quality of the Verizon Wireless network — THE best and most reliable network.
Why does Verizon Wireless need to test the network every day?
To stay the best and most reliable network.
What is the most unique place you have visited to test the Verizon Wireless network? Showing the smart car at the Verizon Wireless Music Center. The Indianapolis 500, Brickyard 400 and the Kentucky Derby.
How does Verizon Wireless use the data you collect?
We use the data that I collect to address any problems that I may find in our network.
What should consumers know about the Verizon Wireless network? It is the nation’s best, most reliable network.
What achievement/aspect of your job are you most proud of? Knowing that I am helping keep the Verizon Wireless network the nation’s premier, most reliable wireless network by helping to preserve its high quality and gain even greater efficiencies as new services are launched and existing services are expanded.
